Zero Tolerance Policy
The Practice follows the NHS guidance concerning zero tolerance. As an employer, the practice has a duty to care for the Health & Safety of its staff. All patients are expected to behave in an acceptable manner and any threatening behaviour or violence towards any staff member or practice property will result in your removal from the practice list and may also result in prosecution
