Zero Tolerance Violence & Aggression

Glebedale Medical Practice operates a Zero Tolerance to Violence and Aggression Policy. The practice manager will write to you should you exhibit unacceptable, abusive or violent behaviour towards practice staff or other patients while attending the surgery. Repeat offences will result in you being removed from the practice's patient list. This is in line with NHS England guidelines. Any behaviour which results in a need for the police to be called will result in you being immediately removed from the practice's patient list and being placed on the Special Allocation Scheme and your behaviour monitored. You will not be able to register with another GP Surgery. Please call the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager should you wish to discuss a letter warning you about your behaviour.
