If you are unable to come to the surgery but need to speak to a doctor you can call the surgery on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning between 8.00am and 8.30am. The receptionist will take your name, phone number and a brief description of the problem and a doctor will aim to call you back before 9am. If they need to see you they will ask you to come to surgery that morning.
