You can now access most of your medical record online.  At present this is generally limited to your repeat medication (which you can reorder) and any allergies or adverse reactions to drugs that we know about.  If patients request it, consultation problem titles, past medical history, test results, hospital letters etc can be made available online. 

In order to access your records, you will need to register.  Please bring in some photo identification and proof of address and ask at reception to be enrolled on EMIS Patient Access. You will then be given a login and password.



Please note, you cannot make appointments via EMIS Access as we use a separate system for our appointments.  If you wish to view, amend or cancel your appointments, please also ask reception to enrol you on Frontdesk.

If you wish to view records that are not held on computer (eg paper records from before computerisation), please complete a Subject Access Request and submit to the surgery.
