Practice Nurse
Part Time Permanent Position (18 hours per week)
Salary (includes DIA)
£31,733 - £39,168 (pro-rata)
A post has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Practice team. The successful candidate will be involved in providing a range of nursing care duties including wound care, health promotion and monitoring of long term conditions.
Applicants will be supported by senior nurses and will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.
Personal development is a high priority for all our members of staff, therefore appropriate initial and ongoing training will be provided.
