- Plan as far in advance as possible.
- You will have to fill in a form which you can obtain from recep
tion. Once you have handed this in you will be offered an appointment with a nurse. - Every attempt will be made to meet your needs but if you are travelling very soon or if there are no appointments this may not be possible.
- If we are unable to meet your needs we will give you details of alternative providers.
