The Care Quality Commission (CQC) re-inspected our practice in April 2017 following their previous visit in June 2016. The issues that arose last June (mainly around safety during the recent build) were all resolved and I am pleased to report that our inspection rating from them was ‘GOOD’ overall. They found that we provide a caring and responsive service which offered appointments at short notice.
Our practice treats patients with kindness and respect and works hard to meet the needs of our local population. Patients said that staff were friendly, caring and courteous and they were positive about the standard of care they received. We would like to thank our patients for their loyalty and support and assure them that we continually strive to ensure that we offer a safe and caring service to local people.
