IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Practice will be closed for all routine appointments and prescriptions from 5th to 13th November, due to a mandatory NHS clinical system update.

Please plan ahead and order medication well in advance of this date.

Only urgent emergency appointments will be available during this period.

We appreciate your understanding during this period of change.

Practice Charter

Patient Rights 

  • You have the right to be treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. 
  • It is your responsibility to extend the same courtesy to the practice team. 
  • You have the right to be seen urgently if necessary. 
  • It is your responsibility not to abuse the appointment system. 
  • You have the right to be advised if you will be kept waiting for more than 20 minutes past your appointment time. 

Patient Responsibilities 

  • It is your responsibility to cancel appointments that you are unable to keep.
  • You have the right to request a home visit. 
  • It is your responsibility not to request a home visit unless it is strictly necessary. (The Doctor has the right and responsibility to the final decision on whether a home visit will be made).
