We aim to offer the best service at all times. If, however, you feel it is necessary to complain regarding the treatment you have received, please ask at reception for a copy of the complaints procedure. We operate a complaints procedure within the practice and if you have any reason to make a complaint or suggestion, please contact Mrs Cook either by letter or phone. She will initiate any further action in the first instance.
