Welcome to Poolway Medical Centre

** We are presently having internal building works at Poolway Medical Centre and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience**

We have listened to your valuable feedback and have employed a male GP for patients who have a preference to see a male GP for certain problems. Please speak to our Reception Team to book in to see him. Please continue to tell us how we can improve our services for you.

We have a new telephone system which we hope improves patient access. Our telephone number has not changed and is 0121 785 0795. Please note, telephone calls may be recorded for training and security purposes. Our telephone lines open at 8.15am on weekdays.

We are updating our records. Please contact us to make sure we have your correct contact details [address and telephone] or else we may not be able to contact you in an emergency.Thank you.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need.
