This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you. 

As well as a source of information about our practice, our staff, and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information.

Find out why your data matters

Data Protection Impact Assessments are available upon request in writing from the practice by writing to the Practice Manager. Please note due to confidentiality and Data protection, some or all parts of the document may be redacted to safeguard individuals, businesses or other organisations from harm or identification.

 

Suffering from a minor illness and want some advice as quickly as possible? 

Did you know that your local pharmacist can give you confidential advice and treatment if needed for a number of common illnesses without the need for an appointment with your GP?

Here are some of the conditions that your pharmacist can help you with : 

  • mild skin conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, impetigo, athlete's foot
  • coughs and colds, including blocked nose (nasal congestion), and sore throats
  • bruises, sunburn, and minor burns and scalds
  • constipation and piles (haemorrhoids)
  • hay fever, dry eyes and allergies (including rashes, bites and stings)
  • aches and pains, including earache, headache, migraine, back pain and toothache
  • vomiting, heartburn, indigestion, diarrhoea and threadworms
  • period pain, thrush and cystitis
  • head lice (nits)
  • conjunctivitis, cold sores and mouth ulcers
  • warts and verrucas
  • nappy rash and teething

Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend?

Monday to Friday: 6:30 – 8:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm

 Call the surgery or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of three locations. Please note opening hours will vary between hubs.

Patient Participation Group

We have an active patient participation group which meets approximately three times a year to discuss issues which relate directly to patient health care.  If you would like to be a member of the group please contact the Practice manager or PPG chair via valeppg@outlook.com
