Friends and Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

All patients registered with the Practice have a named GP. This GP is responsible for your overall care at the Practice. This doesn't mean that this is the only GP that you can see. If you have any questions about your named GP, simply let a member of the Reception team know.
The national data opt-out is a service that allows patients to opt out of their confidential patient information being used for research and planning. For additional information, please follow this link https://digital.nhs.uk/services/national-data-opt-out
