To help protect you from coronavirus our receptionist will ask you a series of questions when you telephone us (0161 223 5226). We ask that you answer these questions as truthfully as possible. We will not be to offer you an appointment unless you have spoken to one of team and have been questioned.
Please do not come to the surgery. The surgery doors are closed and only those that have been questioned by one of our team will be allowed in.
If you require a prescription please contact your local pharmacy to arrange this or request it through the NHS app or our website. Alternatively phone 0161 223 5226 and speak to a receptionists.

If you require a home visit and have a cough or high temperature or are having to self-isolate or live with one who is, please contact NHS 111 by calling them or visiting their website. Please call the surgery and speak to a receptionist if this does not apply to you and our reception team will advise you further.

This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice.
Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.
We now offer Online Services via Patient Access. These include ordering repeat prescriptions, booking appointments and viewing parts of your medical records such as test results and immunisations. Please either click on the icon below to log in.
Please ask at reception to register for this service. Reception will be able to issue you with a pin once they have seen photographic ID.

We have a few parking spaces at the front of the practice. Please ensure you park within the markings of the parking spaces. Please leave the disabled bay free for those patients who are authorised to use it.
There are more parking spaces to the side of the practice, next to the One Stop Shop.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any cars parked in either car park, so please ensure you do not leave any valuable in your car.
