A new appointment system called askmyGP will be launched at 8.30am on Wednesday 27th May 2020. Please note this will replace the EnGageConsult system we have been using since the pandemic began. By using the askmyGP system you won't have to queue to get through on the phone and can request whether we call, email or video call you. For patients concerned that they may have coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances.  These can be accessed at:

We are sorry to hear of a National Problem with the High Risk Covid 19 letters and text messages. If you have received a letter in error, you do not need to take further action. If you are at high risk and have not yet received a letter, NHS England are working to resolve this and we advise that you self-shield as per national guidance.  We hope that this is resolved by NHS England soon.
