Struggling to get a GP appointment? Through our GP federation we are pleased to inform you we can now offer NHS GP video consultations via the LIVI App. Appointments are available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat-Sun 9am-12pm. Download the App -' LIVI - NHS GP appointments' from the App store.

IN ADDITION TO BEING ABLE TO BOOK A GP APPOINTMENT WITH US, YOU NOW HAVE ACCESS TO ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS DURING THE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS AT FOUR LOCATIONS ACROSS THE LOCAL AREA INCLUDING WOKING COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. PLEASE SPEAK TO OUR RECEPTION FOR DETAILS.

You can email a doctor for general enquiries instead of having to make an appointment. We will endeavour to reply to you within 48 hours.
Please note we can only deal with general advice and queries. We cannot provide you with information from your medical records and all queries must be for non-urgent items only.
If you do not hear from us, please email again or telephone us on 01932 336880; due to issues of confidentiality we will respond to your email by letter or we may telephone you.
Please do not use this service to request prescriptions or appointments. For these services please register with our online service.
Physio First!
Do you have a muscle or joint problem? If you do not have Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis or have had a Stroke, you can book straight into our physiotherapy clinic without an appointment with a GP first.
Please enquire at reception. (Also excludes patients who are pregnant or recently given birth).
