If you wish to register with St John's as a new patient, please pick up a registration pack from Reception, or alternatively complete our online registration form under the New Patients tab.

YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO A NAMED GP

All patients on our list are now linked to a named GP.

This does not mean that you can only see that GP, you carry on seeing which one you wish as a preference.

We are not writing to each patient to tell them who they are assigned to, you can ask on your next visit or you can call us.

This is a helpful administrative exercise within the Practice to help with workflow distribution for all the letters, test results and general correspondence that we receive.
