Engage Consult

With Covid-19 meaning we can only see patients in the surgery if absolutely necessary, we'd urge you to use Engage Consult, our online consultation system to tell us about your problem and request medical advice, or ask an admin question.

We’ll respond usually within 3 hours if the request is submitted before 12 midday on our usual practice working days.

At the moment, demand may mean this could take longer so please don’t contact us until the following day if we haven’t responded to you, unless you are getting worse.

If you are able, please register for online services using the NHS app. In addition, please ensure the surgery has your up-to-date mobile phone number.
