Welcome to Open Door Surgery

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Ethos

Please be aware that when you register with The Open Door Surgery or Bec Family Practice our Clinical team strongly believe in the national vaccination and health care program. We expect all patients to take part in regular health checks and show 100% commitment to attend all appoints. As a patient this serves a tremendous benefit and will allow you to live life to the full, with good health.

If you do not participate in the national program and show a lack of commitment by not attending regular health checks, screenings and vaccinations etc. it makes it very difficult for us to look after you to the standard we expect as a practice.

To help us, to help you, please fully engage in your own healthcare so that we can maximise the service and care we provide to you.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
