How do I book an appointment?  

Online - Log in to Patient Access or Log in - NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)

If you do not currently have an online account, please contact the reception team who would be happy to help you set this up.

By Phone – you can call the practice on 01273 685588 between 8am – 12pm and 1.30pm - 6.30pm, one of our receptionist will help you book the right appointment for your medical needs.

How do I request my prescription?

We do not accept prescription requests over the phone or by email. Please see the Prescription tab for help with ordering your medication

 

Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) closure

The NHS Sussex Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing.

From 1st October, your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After this date you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD telephone service.

Repeat prescriptions can now be ordered in the following ways:

  • On the NHS app or by logging into your NHS account at nhs.uk
  • Patient access at patientaccess.com or another online service provider of your choice
  • By post
  • In person at your GP practice

How do I request notes, letters and certificates?

The most efficient way to request any documents from the surgery or your GP is through our e-consult service. You can also call main reception if you have a more complex query.

E-consult

The eConsult service is open from Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 17:30 (8:30am to 5:30pm). The request form you fill in will say how soon you will receive a response from the Practice when you complete it.

If you think you are struggling with mental health do not suffer in silence, we are here to help you. You can contact the surgery to arrange an appointment with your GP, we consider mental health just as important as physical health and will always try and get you the help and support you need when you need it.

We continue to  experience exceptionally high volumes of calls and we do appreciate your patience whilst waiting to get through. We await an improved telephone system that includes a call queue system as well as for a callback The demand for appointments has also drastically increased during in the last few years, we want to reassure you that our patient’s health and medical needs are our highest priority and we will always do our best to provide the help you need.

Serving You - Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care - Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
