Welcome to Binbrook Surgery

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact your GP surgery will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-face contact where possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you.

In addition to face-to-face consultations, many GP practices are offering consultations online or over the phone. This can be a convenient and flexible way to receive healthcare but if you would prefer to see a GP or healthcare professional in person then this will be arranged for you.

Bank Holiday Arrangements

Following the announcement that next Monday (19th September) will be a bank holiday, the practice will be closed on this day.

If you have a pre-booked appointment on this day, it will be rescheduled. Please do not attend your appointment or contact the practice. We will contact you.

Please make sure you order any prescriptions, especially repeat medicines, as soon as possible, well in advance of the bank holiday.

If you have an urgent medical problem and are not sure what to do, call 111 or visit For life threatening emergencies, call 999.

Coronavirus (COVID‑19)

Safety measures remain in place in Lincolnshire healthcare settings

As you will be aware the government has announced the final relaxation of the Covid-19 rules. However, our advice to patients is that they should continue to follow the existing COVID-19 safety measures after Monday 19 July in all healthcare settings.

You should continue to contact your practice via telephone or using their online services.  You will be offered one of a range of consultations such as telephone, video or email. Face-to-face appointment will only be offered where clinically required.

Access to the practice will only be granted to patients who have a pre-booked appointment or prescriptions to collect.

If you are offered a face-to-face appointment you should attend the practice alone where possible due to social distancing measures, and you will be required to wear a face covering unless you are medically exempt.

You will also be required to sanitise your hands on arrival and when leaving the surgery.

Please be assured that we continue to offer high quality and safe healthcare as we have throughout this challenging time.  We would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding.Binbrook Surgery Contact Form
