If you would like to use the SystmOnline services please come into the surgery so that we can issue you with a password and instructions to get started.

When you come to the surgery to register for on line services, please bring a photographic form of identification (ideally a photograph driving licence or passport) which will enable the staff to issue you with log in details.

Welcome to Whittington Moor Surgery

New Triage system for patients telephoning the surgery wanting contact with a GP

We are aware that our phone lines are very busy, this is due to increasing demand on our services. To benefit our patients and to try to ease these pressures our admin team we will now ask you 4 questions .

As part of our care navigation, the partners have requested that our experienced admin team ask a few simple questions for every patient calling the surgery wanting contact with one of the GPs. This will be prior to directing your call to the most suitable healthcare professional.

If you are calling for results or general queries please call us after 11am when our phones are less busy. We advise patients to only start calling at 8am if you are needing same day medical attention.

Please consider seeking support from other sources such as your local pharmacist, NHS choices website and 111 online. Please also see the selfcare tab on our website.

If you are asked to come into the surgery, you must remember to wear a face covering at all times, be assured measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
