It improves care by having more services for patients and patients will see the most appropriate clinician or service to meet their needs.
CLINICAL CONSULTATION TIMES:
- Monday – Friday 8.50 am – 11.00 am by appointment
- Monday – Friday 2.30 pm – 5.00 pm by appointment
Appointments can be made by telephone or in person at the Surgery. A separate appointment is required for each person. Appointments are for 10 minutes only, please be mindful of this. Appointment books are opened two weeks in advance.
If you cannot attend the appointment please cancel it as soon as possible.
Appointments are prebookable up to 2 weeks in advance.
Same day appointments are available if the GP/Nurse feels a patient requires to be seen sooner than the next available routine appointment.
TREATMENT ROOM SERVICE
From 1/7/2019 access to the Treatment Room will be with appointment only. To allocate appropriate times the staff require some basic information when booking these appointments.
ARE YOU UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE SURGERY?
If you are unable to come to the surgery and need a visit at home, please ring before 10.00 am if possible and we will arrange for a doctor to call at your house. The receptionist will ask you a few details including a contact number so the doctor can speak to you.
TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS (SPEAKING TO A G.P)
If you need G.P advice, please ring between consultation times. The receptionist will take your name contact telephone number and details of the message for the Doctor to ring you back. There is a daily limit on the number of telephone consultations
