The NHS app is a new way to request your medications, book appointments, look at your medical record and more! From May 2020 you can now submit eConsults on the app!

You can use this service to request an on-going sick certificate or letter from us, ask about test results as well as requesting help for a health condition.  To send a general question or information to us use administrative help and ‘other’.

PLEASE NOTE: any digital image submitted as part of an online consultation will be stored within your clinical notes

Your query will be sent directly and securely to us with no need to wait on the phone. We will make contact by the end of the following working day.  This is for non-urgent queries only. If you require urgent assistance, please contact your surgery site on the telephone or in person.

SystmOnline allows you to request repeat medications, book apppointments and access your medical record and more at home or via the SystmOnline app for your smartphone or tablet (available in iTunes or Google Play Store). 

If you're interested then please speak to someone at reception. Staff will need to see some valid ID before giving you access.
