- A simple, secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. Download the NHS app and create an account today. You can verify your identity via the app.
SystmOne
- To use SystmOne Online or their app Airmid, call in at reception with a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up.
Want to view your records?
Most patients will automatically be granted access to view their full records from Oct 2013 onwards. If you do not wish to view your records, please notify the practice when you register for online services, that you would like to opt-out.
You can also request access to view your historical record. Detailed coded access to your records enables you to view:
- Problems / Diagnoses
- Test results
- Medications
- Vaccinations
- Allergies / Adverse reactions
- Values like BP, weight, height
Once registered notify us that you would like this to be enabled. Before this access can be granted, we need to review your record to ensure there is no third-party information. It may be some time before access is granted dependant on demand and GP workload. We will notify you via SMS when any access rights have been amended.

Online Access for Patients aged 15 and under
The parents of patients aged up to 11 can request proxy access to their child's record. To prevent any breach of confidentiality we do not allow parental access for children aged 11-15. When a patient reaches the age of 16, they can request online access in the usual way.
