Prescriptions
Huntcliff Surgery now offers an Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). Electronic prescribing enables prescribers, such as GP's and Nurse Practitioners, to send prescriptions electronically to a dispenser (such as a pharmacy) of the patient's choice. This makes the prescribing and dispensing process more efficient and convenient for patients and staff.

Appointments
Huntcliff Surgery offers patients the convenience of booking and cancelling their appointments on-line.
To register for these on-line services:
- You will be required to complete an on-line access request form, which is available from the practice or available to download from our practice website (see below). When you hand your completed form in to the practice you will be required to show address confirmation such as a utility bill and also photo ID, such as a passport or photo driving licence to a member of the administration team at Huntcliff Surgery.
- You will then be issued with an access code and registration instructions.
- This is a quick and easy process and need only be done once.
- Registered users will be provided with a password, which will be required to enable you to sign in and order repeat prescriptions on-line or to book/cancel an appointment.
