Noticeboard

We now require 48 HOURS to process ALL PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS. Prescriptions will be available for collection at the surgery after 48 hours from the request. This change is due to increased pressure on resources, thank you for your co-operation and understanding.


Our next public holiday date - 25th & 26th of December 2019 and 1st & 2nd of January 2020.


We would like to give a warm welcome to our new Practice Nurse, Colette Watt.


The surgery has an NHS Advanced Physiotherapist - Kirsty Anderson, if you have a bone, muscle or joint problem, please call the surgery for more information.


Travel Clinic - Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to provide this service at present.  Patient Access

Northcote Surgery now offers an online facility called Patient Access, for you to book appointments and to request your repeat prescriptions.

Online Appointments: You can book routine GP appointments online up to 4 weeks in advance.*  All other appointments i.e. emergency, telephone consultation and nurse appointments will still have to be booked through the reception team.

Online Prescriptions: You order your repeat prescription when it is due for renewal. Please order your prescription no earlier than 10 days before it is due to finish. Your prescription will be ready for collection after 48hrs.

If you would like to register, please click here to fill out our online application form. Once you have completed the form you can select submit by e-mail along with a copy of your photo ID or select print application and bring the form along to the surgery with your photo ID.
