The following services are out-with those supplied by the NHS. A charge may be made. Reports will take up to 10 days to be completed. Payment should be made at the time of service or collection. Our secretarial team will advise you in advance of costs

* Excessive requests for copies of records apply to all solicitor and insurance firms who requests copies of records pre-dating any accident / incident being investigated.  Patients will be charged this fee should they request duplicate copies of their records upon receipt of one copy.  Patients may request copies of records held from any date after their original copies were provided and incur no charge for the first copy produced.
