All results are seen by the Doctor who ordered them. Please telephone for the result between 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. when our staff will be able to pass on the Doctor’s message to you. Please allow 3 working days for results to be available.
If you need medical advice your details will be taken and our Nurse Practitioner will phone you back later. If the matter is urgent, please advice us and it will be dealt with straight away.
Our Community midwifery team hold an antenatal clinic at the Sudbury Healthcare Centre. Please book your appointments with the midwife by telephoning 01787 886496.
To register you baby after it is born, please come in to the surgery and ask for a registration form. Please bring your baby's NHS number with you.
A team of Health Visitors hold regular baby and child clinics as well as giving advice on the general development of your child. The Health Visitors can be contacted on 01787 886396
The Community Nursing Team works closely with the Practice in providing a service to those patients who are housebound. They can be contacted on 0300 123 2425.

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Suffolk Wellbeing Service offers a range of support to help patients cope with stress, anxiety or depression. Patients can contact the Service directly without having to see their GP first.

Suffolk Sexual Health has a clinic at Acton Lane, Sudbury on a Thursday evening between 6.30pm and 8.30pm offering a free confidential service including contraception, free condoms, chlamydia screening for under 25's and sexual health advise.
