Our team of receptionists is trained to answer many questions of a non-clinical nature. In order to obtain the best possible service, they may sometimes need to judge the urgency of your request by asking a few questions. If you are unsure whether you should consult a doctor, nurse or health visitor etc. the receptionist will be able to advise you. Rest assured the rules of confidentiality apply to all practice staff; a brief explanation may enable them to refer you to the correct member of the clinical team. If you wish to speak about a confidential matter with a receptionist or the practice manager, a room will be made available away from the waiting area. Please help them to help you.
