Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Dinah has previously worked in the community and joined our team in July 2018 as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She works alongside our Doctors to help triage and treat patients, she can assess and prescribe for a wide range of illnesses as well as performing nursing duties.  




Jen Farbrother

Paramedic

Jen is employed by the PCN (Primary Care Network) and attached to our practice. She is a fully qualified and experienced paramedic who has previously worked with EMAS. She works alongside our GPs and Dinah to assess and treat patients, she also performs home visits to patients who are housebound and unwell.

Claire joined us in April 2016 from NUH where she worked on an orthopaedic ward. She is able to perform a wide range of nursing duties including immunisations, cervical smears and long term condition reviews. 


Charlotte Hall 



Practice Nurse


Charlotte joined us in March 2021. She has worked in both community and General Practice Nursing and is working to upskill on her practice nursing duties.

Jess joined us in August 2022 from NUH where she worked within the research and innovation team, before this she worked as a GP practice nurse so she has a full range of nursing skills. She a has special interest in COPD and research.

Julie is our longest serving member of staff. She is able to deal with a wide range of queries and issues and handles all complaints. In her capacity as a HCA she is able to provide services including dressings, healthchecks, stitch and staple removal and BP checks. Julie also assists the Doctors in minor operations and coil clinics.

Healthcare Assistant 


Chloe joined us in November 2021 from the A&E department at QMC where she was an experienced Clinical Support Worker. She is enjoying developing her skills as a HCA and incorporating her expertise in emergency care within the surgery.
