FLU SEASON! Coming soon!

Protect yourself from this dangerous disease this winter - we have appointments from 23 September available now for your annual flu jab.  If you are 65 or over, or suffer from a chronic condition eg diabetes, asthma, you are eligible for a free flu jab. 2, 3 and some 4 year olds (those not started school yet) are also eligible. 4-9 year olds will normally be vaccinated at school but we can vaccinate them if preferred or they have been missed at school.

We are holding a Saturday clinic on 23 September which you can either book or just walk in.

Community Nurses

Our team of District Nurses visit and care for patients who are unable to come to the surgery – appointments can be made via the Surgery. Nursing students are also attached to the district nursing team from time to time.

Health Visitors

A team of health visitors provide advice and monitor the health of young children. They are also involved with antenatal care. The ‘Belmont’ Health Visitor team covers our patients and is based at St Mark’s Hospital, Maidenhead. They can be contacted on 01753 638451.

All children deserve the opportunity to reach their full potential. We at this surgery are committed to working in partnership with parents to safeguard the health, development and welfare of all children.
