YOUR USUAL GP The practice has a pooled generic list to which all patients are registered when they join the practice however, you may request an appointment with either Dr Digby or Dr Harry. If you wish to see a particular GP, please provide as much notice as possible (we can usually book up to 6 weeks in advance). However, if you need to see a doctor urgently on the same day then you will be offered an appointment with whichever GP is available which may not necessarily be your usual GP.

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS , REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICAL RECORDS You may now book an appointment with our doctors, order repeat medication or view your medical record summary via our clinical system (Vision) website. You will need to complete a registration form and provide specific forms of ID in order to gain access to this service. To collect a form or for further details, please ask at reception.

Don't forget - Please complete a Friends & Family Test questionnaire before you leave the surgery. We would like you to think about your most recent overall experience on the day of your visit when answering the following question. "How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?" Please let us know by clicking on the 'Online Services' box at the bottom of this page and completing the short questionnaire. The results will be reported to NHS England on a monthly basis. Your involvement is much appreciated as your feedback is important to us.
