Closed for Training

We will be closed for staff training on Wednesday 21st November from 12noon, we will reopen at 8am Thursday 22nd November.  If you require urgent medical care whilst we are closed please contact 111 or in an emergency 999

Late Night Appointments

We are pleased to announce that we now have late night opening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to 8pm for nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments.  We hope this will prove beneficial to patients who struggle to make a day time nurse appointments.  You can see our Healthcare Assistants Evie, Danielle & Jessica for the following: BP's, Healthchecks, Dementia Screening, Vascular checks, Stroke/TIA checks, Hearing Tests, Mental Health Reviews, Dopplers, B12 injections, ECG's. 

Appointments

A small number of online appointments are available to book. This includes onlline booking for telephone appointments.

We continue to have a very high number of patients who fail to attend appointments they have made each day so please do remember to cancel so they can be offered to other patients who may really need them . You can cancel your appointments online. 

 

Physician Assistants

Miss Emma Rennison (f)

Emma is our First Contact Practitioner Physiotherapist.  You will most likely be booked in to see Emma if you are needing to see a clinician for your xray results or because you have a musculoskeletal health issue.  Emma can also treat patients with medication when appropriate and is now able to perform joint injections. 

Pharmacists

Mr Steve Williets (m)
Mr Williets is the Practice Pharmacist. He provides medication reviews for our patients in order to ensure the medication prescribed by the doctor continues to be the most appropriate for the patient. You will often see him for an appointment to review your current medication rather than a GP. He also has a prescribing qualification. If you have a query with your medication Dispensary can organise for Mr. Williets to contact you.

Community Nurses

The local Neighbourhood Care Team is based at Withernsea Hospital. The team includes Specialist Nurses, Community Matrons, District Nurses, Health Care Assistants & Therapies.

Attached Staff

Mrs Angela Roberts (f)

Is a Specialist Nurse working with those who have Alcohol or Substance Misuse problems. She attends the surgery on a Tuesday. To see Angela you must see a GP first.
