Click on this link : Patient Access and follow the instructions - you can register online and will need to bring in some photo ID to the Surgery to complete the process.  Or you can ask to register at Reception, and they will issue you with a pin document.

There is also an app for mobile devices.

Parents may apply for Proxy access to their children's online accounts, to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions.

Patient Access has had a new look since May 2018, however you can still log on with your user ID. Once you have verified your email address ( and not before!!), you can use your email address to sign in, with your current password. Please use the Support Centre if you have any problems with Patient Access, and to learn about new features.

You can choose to collect your prescription from Colden Common Surgery, Spring Lane, however we can only accept cash or cheques in payment for prescriptions at Colden Common. Credit card payments can be made at Twyford.

We are now able to send you a text message to let you know your prescription is ready to collect from Colden Common.


Dispensary

Our dispensers are based in Twyford. The dispensary is open between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and between 09:00 and 12:00 on Saturday.

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered :

  • online, using Patient Access.
  • or by sending or handing in your repeat slip to the Pharmacy.

Please allow 5 working days whenever possible before collecting your prescription. The doctors may ask to see you from time to time to review your repeat medication.

We run a delivery service for housebound patients who are unable to collect from Twyford or Colden Common. Please contact us for details of delivery days and times.
