For safety reasons requests cannot be accepted by telephone as this may lead to mistakes. Some drugs have similar names and an error may easily occur.
Any other items you wish to request that are not on your printout must be discussed with a doctor or nurse in the first instance (this can be via a receptionist, not necessarily during a surgery consultation). It is sometimes not appropriate to have certain medications on repeat.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
