Repeat prescriptions may be ordered online via the link at the top of this page - please ask at reception for your individual log-in details or complete the form renewing medication form

Alternatively you can hand in or post your prescription counterfoil to reception with the items you need clearly marked.  This is for your safety as it will reduce the chance of prescription errors.

We do accept requests by email by sending your request to bnssg.wellingtonroad@nhs.net

Prescriptions will be available for collection two working days after the request has been made. The chemist will need time to dispense your medication in addition to this.

Prescriptions are sent electronically or on paper to any local chemist: North Yate Pharmacy, Boots, Boots West Walk, Lloyds Courtside and Chipping Sodbury, Stuart Moul, Tesco and Yate Family Pharmacy.

Once you have ordered a prescription the items can be collected directly from the chemist. Please let us know where you would like your prescription sent when you order it.

All chemists offer a home delivery service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
