The purpose of this site is to give patients and prospective patients help, guidance and information on the services we provide under our General Medical Services contract with the Health & Social Care Board. We hope you will find it useful.
General health advice and checks
Many illnesses can be prevented by good lifestyle habits.
If you have not seen a GP for some time, or if you are over 65 years old or have not been to the surgery for a period of 3 years, you may book an appointment for a general health check.
Patient Participation Group
The Practice is in the process of setting up a Patient Particpation Group. This group is an important and effective way for patients to suggest positive ideas and voice concerns. Patients will now have an organisation through which they can identify their own needs and make sure the patients view is always represented. Anyone interested in joining the PPG please contact the Surgery.
Change of address or telephone number
It is important that we have your latest contact number. Please inform us at your earliest convenience if your land line or mobile number has changed.
Carers
Please notify the surgery if you are the nominated carer for a friend or relative, so that we can ensure you receive the support and services available to assist you in this role.
