Welcome to West Point Medical Centre

We would like to welcome all of our current, as well as new and prospective, patients. We hope that our practice website will provide you with helpful information about our medical centre and the services offered.

THE PRACTICE

The practice is long established and was first located in Slade Hall, a quarter of a mile along Slade Lane from the present location. The practice moved to West Point Medical Centre in 1968, and has been extensively redeveloped in recent years. We are situated on a pleasant site in the Rushford Conservation Area, opposite West Point Park and on the corner of Slade Lane and Victoria Road.
