Through this website we hope to improve our services to all our patients and enable them to find out the information required at the click of a mouse.  You can order repeat prescriptions online, fill out a pre-registration form , cancel existing appointments, change your name and address and much more.

Change to surgery telephone choices

The following options are now in place

Press 1    To make an appointment, for test results and general enquiries

Press 2     Medical Secretary

Press 3   Practice Administrator for private medical reports, insurance reports or diabetic podiatry appointments.

Important Change in Prescription System

Please Note:- It is now your responsibility to inform the pharmacy if you wish them to collect your prescription from the surgery for you.

As from 8th January 2009 we will be closing Thursday afternoon at 1pm
