Westongrove Partnership - A United Commissioning Member
Westongrove Partnership has been a member of United Commissioing since its inception. United Commissioning LLP was formed in May 2006 as a legal not-for-profit entity representing the practice based commissioing interests of all GP Practices in the Vale of Aylesbury. United Commissioning is leading on the development of local processes for improving patient services and providing value for money through the redesign of patient pathways. United Commissioning is collaborating with NHS Buckinghamshire Primary Care Trust and all relevant health and social care organisations, and is consulting with practice staff and service users.

Building Work at Bedgrove Surgery
Update May 2011
The main project is now complete. The lift is installed, as are the new automated front doors to the surgery. We are now completing the finishing touches including decorating and new carpets. You will see a new bigger and brighter reception lobby with built in seating, and over the next few weeks a new storage area will be built for the Friends of Bedgrove Surgery off the main reception area.
We would like to Thank the Friends of Bedgrove Surgery who have made these wonderful additions to the surgery possible.
If you are interested in joining the Friends of Bedgrove Surgery, please let a member of the reception team know, alternatively, why not come along to the AGM on Wednesday 18th May at 7pm. Hear about what they have been doing over the past 12 months, developments at the Surgery and enjoy a cup of tea and a chat.

WHAT IS WESTONGROVE PARTNERSHIP?
Westongrove Partnership comprises Bedgrove Surgery, Aston Clinton Surgery and Wendover Health Centre and was formed in 1998. By working together, rather than as isolated practices, we believe that we can more readily explore potential opportunities, share good practice and develop innovative ways of providing care across the locality.
Each site has a team of GP Partners & Salaried GPs that make up the Doctor team, along with a Nursing team and non--clinical staff. More details can be found under the green tab 'The Team', shown on the left hand menu.
Our aim is to encourage the good health and well-being of our patients by providing the highest standards of healthcare and a diversity of clinics appropriate to the needs of the community. Our highly-skilled, multidisciplinary professional Primary Health Care Team (PHCT) will promote health education and work with patients to achieve a standard of excellence that reflects our commitment to patient care. We endeavour to ensure that the service we provide is always delivered by the most appropriate member of our PHCT.
We use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We keep it current with any news, developments & details that are relevant to the practice & our patients.
