March 2011 UPDATE
Following our patient engagement exercise around the Practice’s proposal to consolidate all medical services to one site namely The Whiteley Surgery.
The Partners have agreed with NHS Hampshire that the planned closure date of
The Partners will now work closely with NHS Hampshire to explore the availability and feasibility of all options for providing GP services for local people in the Locks Heath area, and will continue to provide General Medical Services from both the Whiteley and Locks Road Surgeries, whilst discussions with NHS Hampshire and other parties are ongoing.
We will of course keep you up to date of any further decisions or changes relating to this information

Partnership Changes for 2011
The Practice would like to inform all patients that Dr Stephen Whitaker is retiring at the end of March and that Dr Mark Dennison is relocating to New Zealand because of family commitments, and will be leaving the practice at the end of May.
Please be assured that all patients currently seen on a regular basis by Dr Whitaker & Dr Dennison will continue to receive medical care with the Practice and can request to see any Doctor of their choice dependant on appointment availability and medical need at time of request
