Wembley Park Medical Centre currently serves 8010 patients of mixed ethnicity. 
Dr Juliette Ross has been at the establishment for the past 25 years & is successfully running the practice with our supporting GP Dr Simon Rodrigues, Dr Sangita Godambe,Dr Sadik Merali,Dr Zahra Hakim are also . We have a team of supporting staff who help the surgery in providing an important service to our community they are as follows:
Edith Andreisier our practice nurse for the last 30 years, Linda Castillo our Nurse Practitioner who joined the surgery about 7 years ago as a Practice Nurse.
The Surgery has appointed two Health Care Assistants who have joined the practice in the last year,Dr Najma Chaudhry and Jibril Mohammed
Last but not least our team of reception staff, who are happy and willing to help with all your enquiries both on the phone and in person at the surgery.
Our dedicated staff will be of assistance at all times and as our Moto says HELP US TO HELP YOU!!! You the patient can help reception staff in providing as much information as possible at the first point of call, allowing the member of staff to help direct you to see the right person by this we aim to save time and inconvenience caused to our patients.
The Surgery website is a means to communicate, inform & update our patients. The website will help to provide up to date resource links, Health care related information and providing current up to date news, developments & changes that are relevant to the practice and the care of our patients.

The first online application introduced is the online prescription request which can be accessed by clicking on the link below. However you must access a Login & Pin number from the surgery and register to activate the application.
