Comments & Complaints
We operate a formal, in-house complaints procedure to deal with any complaints patients may have regarding the service provided by either the Doctors or staff of the Practice.
The procedure does not deal with legal liability or compensation matters and, if the in-house procedure is not an appropriate form of investigation, you will be referred to the appropriate authority.
