2015-16 Patient Participation Group Report

Following the national patient surgery results published in January 2016 (click here) and feedback from the Patient Participation Group received in April 2016 The Red Practice have decided to take the following steps:

  • Review our appointments system to see if we can provide more appointments to ease pressure on the phones in the morning to improve telephone access and ease of booking an appointment
  • Look at updating our current telephone system
