The Practice has a Patient Participation Group which meets on a six weekly basis or more frequently if required. The purpose of the Group and main focus for its members is to work with the surgery to improve its service to and treatment of patients. The Group is designed to act as a link between us as patients and the surgery and ultimately with the local Clinical Commissioning Group, the new NHS body for our area.
Virtual Group
We have a group of patients who are prepared to provide feedback on a regular basis and whom we contact from time to time. If you would like to join please tell the receptionist when you are next at the surgery or email the Practice Manager, Anne Horan at Anne.horan@nhs.net.
