The patient participation group (PPG) is made up of volunteer patients who meet with the practice staff each quarter to discuss the work of the practice. The group has recently been joined by some new members from across the practice area. The group meet on a quarterly basis in the early evening for about 1 1/2 hours.

The aims of the group are defined by its members. Currently the group are focusing on providing a link between patients and the surgery.

They aim to feedback patient views to the practice and suggestions for improving, changing and developing patient services.

They will also provide comment on practice and PCT proposals for service changes and development.

If you are interested in joining the group then please call  on 01603 783096 and  speak to Alex Howe.

Please note that this is not a forum for specific complaints.
