groupWe would like to invite you to join our Patient Participation Group

What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?

Our Patient Participation Group will be held at the surgery, and it will provide an opportunity for you to come along and discuss topics with a small group of staff. Here you can exchange views and participate in practice surveys where, for example, you can tell us what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care you have received. We will contact you from time to time via your email address and to ask for your opinion on certain topics, we will keep our surveys short so it shouldn’t take up too much of your time.

We will keep your information confidential and will not share it with any third party – and you can choose to have your email removed at any time.

We believe this is a major initiative to ensure the widest possible number of patients can have a voice within the practice.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please fill in the online form below by completing all the fields. Alternatively you can visit us in surgery for more information, you can also sign up by completing a short survey in surgery or leave your name and number for the attention of Becki who will be in touch with more information.
