The practice has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) consisting of registered patients and staff members. The PRG meets approximately 4 times during the year to discuss issues affecting the practice and to influence change to improve the healthcare services delivered to Chatfield's practice population. We have added the word "carers" into the title of the group as we have found that these people need and deserve our full support, and Wandsworth Carers Centre now also attend the meetings. It gives a chance for Carers to meet and share their experiences with others in similar situations, and for them to gain knowledge of the services on offer to them via Wandsworth Carers Centre.

Our Patient Participation Report is now available (published March 2015) PPG report 2014-2015
