Patient Participation Group

WHO: We are forming a group of volunteers to work in partnership with the practice to enhance the services that it provides on behalf of and representing the patients.

HOW: The group will meet to discuss issues affecting both the practice and its patients, helping the practice to deliver the best service that it can.

Initially, the group will be involved in conducting and reviewing patient surveys, activities relating to promoting health matters and producing regular newsletters.

GET INVOLVED: Anyone who is a patient within the practice can become a member. If you would like to become involved and help to shape your GP services for the future, please contact us either by email or post, as below. The practice does, however, have the right to refuse an individual if it considers that it is in the best interests of either that individual or the practice.

HAVE YOUR SAY: The group would be interested to hear your views, comments and suggestions relating to services provided by the practice.

We regret that we are unable to deal with specific complaints/issues which should be directed to our Practice Manager.
