Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. 

To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received etc.

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

PPG Meetings

PPG meetings will be held every 6 month and we will contact all of our PPG members via email and send an agenda. Responses to this agenda should be returned via email. These will be collated and actioned and minutes of the meeting produced and emailed to the group.

We value your opinion and this is an ideal opportunity to take part. We will email the PPG with the details of our next meeting nearer the time.
